Brian Goff (American Conservatory Theater Alumni, veteran actor and music creator) has assembled a group of Minnesota’s top creative talents to create a hard rockin’ sound that is guaranteed to grab your attention and remind you what great rock music is all about. The band’s name is Wood. Their new album and music video for the title track, Shelter, is now available.
Joining Brian is Ryan Guanzon (vox), Alex Tonjes (percussion), Austin Perkarna (bass) and Ethan Elseth (guitar). This crew of high caliber musicians will infect your senses with memorable melodies, sweet guitar tones, emotive songwriting and passionate performances.
Shelter, the title track, is a melodically rich jam which reminds me of the great rock songs being spun by radio stations during my younger and more formative years. In other words, Wood knows how to craft radio-friendly music which appeals to a wide array of music listeners and rock enthusiasts.
Wood is also the type of band you’d want to see live in a big amphitheater, an arena or at your favorite festivals. With that in mind, the band has every intention of touring behind their new album. Be sure to visit their website (link below) in order to stay up to date with their event calendar.
Be sure to add Shelter to your playlist(s) and share it with all the rock fans in your life
