Todd Warner Moore has reached veteran or “diamond member” status on these pages at this point. Originally from the Midwest US, Todd has been in Hong Kong for several years. His prolific level of songwriting has helped him create and release six albums in the past two years!
Encapsulating everything from the aesthetic of 60-70s singer/songwriter to psychedelia to Americana to Folk and Gypsy music, Todd is a creative soul documenting, recording and releasing his human experience in the form of acoustic-driven, pop-folk-rockin’ songwriting.
Overnight Flight is Todd’s newest release. Joining him on this sonic adventure are the musical and creative talents of: Nicole Stella on Background Vocals, Michael Kentish also on Background Vocals, Daniel González on Cello, Horacio Valdivieso on Electric and Acoustic Guitar, Roberto Diana also on Electric Guitar, Steel Guitar and Dobro, William Stewart on Violin, Issar Schulman on Double Bass, and, last but never least, Oba Dias on Harp.
Melodically strong, infectiously groovy, reflective as well as insightful, and emotionally pure, Overnight Flight takes us on a journey through 9 masterfully crafted songs that will leave you attentive, engaged and feeling light and free for the album’s 30 minute and 13 second duration.
