Those Shadow People return with a new 3-song EP entitled When the Lights Go Out. Download of the EP includes a free digital version of Issue 2 from their on-going comic book series.

The EP and comic book was released on September 18th.  The music is available at all major digital music retailers platforms such as iTunes and Spotify.
