Pembrokeshire (Western Wales) based rockers The Stangs have arrived with their latest EP, The American Sessions, recorded in New Jersey with producer Michael Baker.
The Stangs deliver an energetic, distinctive, and contagious brand of indie rock which manages to capture various elements from Skiffle, Brit Rock and Pop Punk that results in a highly enjoyable and equally memorable listening experience.
Formed in 2015, lead vocalist Graeme Heath is the primary songwriter whose charm, refreshing stories about familiar characters, and infectious melodies immediately hook you and keep you listening. Backed by a raw rock foundation, Josh Lomas (bass) and Glenn Alcock (drums) complete this sonic package and deliver a bold but very appealing sound.
The American Sessions will leave you wanting more from The Stangs.
You can jam the EP on Soundcloud. You can view the video for Dirty Faces above or on YoutTube.
I hear their live show is an event worth attending. If you are in their region of the world, be on the lookout for the latest shows.
