All the way from the medieval wine country of Romagna, Italy comes The Silver Snails with their debut album The 7 Melodies.
If you can imagine Coldplay and ABBA hooking up with David Bowie to produce an album that focuses on love and joy, this is it.
Incorporating many elements from across the globe, this collection of music could represent the planet Earth in an intergalactic battle of the bands. At times you feel as if you are drifting through zero gravity…not a worry, not a care.
Groovy.
The Silver Snails are an indie pop music project drawing from a wide range of musical influences including (but not limited to) classic rock, pop, Beethoven, electronica, jazz, and Nigerian, Kawali, and Asian folk music.
The group is anchored by the husband and wife team, Lucas Ward and Elisa Fantini, whose self-proclaimed mission is to open human hearts through song. They are supported by a community of musicians, artists, dancers, and friends who all contribute their talents to the project.
From the Silver Snails bio:
Revealed by inspiration, diligently sculpted, recorded and mixed over a 2 year period, The 7 Melodies incorporate English, Italian, and French, with touches of Mandarin and Sanscrit. Fresh and melodic, the songs are stylistically adventurous, yet firmly rooted in post-Beatles pop. Like the 7 colors of the spectrum, each song is shaded by a different frequency of emotion. Taken together, the songs form a powerful audio Love bomb.
I agree. These songs are powerful and melodic, their sound is unique, and the vibes are definitely that of an audio love bomb.
