It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Michigan based psych-rockers The Striped Bananas but never fear! The band is back with their latest single and video for Sister Brittany.

Sister Brittany is a slower but engaging jam with some serious surf rock vibes and plenty of psychedelic aesthetic reminding us how great and free music from the ’60s used to be…but with a refreshingly modern twist.
Sister Brittany isn’t the only new thing this talented band of musicians have for us. They have delivered their fourth studio album, Stone of Madness, which is the first album they have pressed to vinyl!
The group has also expanded their sound to include mellotron, sitar, and various percussion elements further expanding the impact of their enjoyable harmonies, relaxing vibes and distinctive sound. The Striped Bananas consists of Andrew (Drums & Vocals), Chantelle (Keyboards & Vocals) and Duncan (12 & 6 String Guitars, Bass, Mellotron, Piano, Mandolin, Sitar & Vocals).
