New Jersey based alternative hip hop group, The Board of Education, are back with their 3rd release, Sailing Away.

This album is the perfect music to chill to. The soundscapes are very dreamy and downtempo. The group meshes elements from amibent, shoegaze, downtemp, trip hop, and dream pop with techniques from ’90s electronic and hip hop to create the atmosphere for Sailing Away.

I’m jealous of their collection of samples. Each layer adds something of substance to each track. This music is what you sit back and vibe out to after a long day of work or one of those late night drives into nowhere.
