Raised in a small coal town in central Pennsylvania, Nick Lamb struggled through extreme poverty with his parents and four brothers. Finding solace in music, Nick’s father (Tom) was somewhat of a local celebrity performing Country as well as Rock N Roll music on local radio and at community events. The day he passed, WPHB in Philipsburgh held an all-day tribute in honor of Tom’s music.
With a mother who was an active writer while raising five boys, Nick grew up in a creative household which nurtured his own desires to create and perform. It was at age 13 when he received his first cassette player and two Def Leppard albums that really sparked the creative fire within Nick; who plays guitar and drums as well as sings.
Following up his previous single Simple Man, Nick has delivered his newest song Getting High Off You which explores the happiness brought on by his wife during the fast days of partying.
Featuring distorted, chunky guitars, fast rhythms and the soulful vocal performance by Nick, Getting High Off You is an uptempo, hard rockin’ jam which will have your head bangin’ and feet stompin’ in no time. The soaring guitar solo adds a nice touch of classic rock which will excite fans of rock music during the ’70s and ’80s era of arena sized rock sounds.
Getting High Off You is now available on Spotify.
