Singer, songwriter, producer, actress and interpretative artist Maxine Linehan has delivered a new album just in time for the holidays titled This Time Of Year.

Not only the album title, This Time Of Year is also the name of the lead single; which was written by Maxine, Andrew Koss and Fleix McTeigue. Koss also produced the album which received mixing by GRAMMY winner Kevin Killen and was mastered by Bob Ludwig, also a GRAMMY winner. With that in mind, there is no reason for me to waste time discussing the single (and album’s) high quality, crisp, clean, pristine sound quality.

I can mention how engaging and impactful Maxine’s voice is. Or how she is a master of her craft. Or how she will pull you in, manipulate your emotional strings, then leave you coming back for the replay. Oh wait, I just did.

Bottom line, Maxine Linehan is highly talented. If you enjoy classically infused Holiday music with powerful vocals, beautiful pianos, emotive strings, soaring woodwinds and a heavy pop appeal, This Time Of Year needs to be included in your Holiday music rotation.
