Born in Argentina but now in Los Angeles, alt-pop singer/songwriter MARG has been involved in music and performance for nearly her entire life.
Learning piano and violin and actively singing karaoke from a very young age, MARG grew into writing her own lyrics by age 13. Soon after she taught herself guitar and began honing her songwriter skills. She released her first EP in 2016 and has now delivered her latest project, a 10 song album titled The Voices.
With smooth, enticing vocals and a darker edge to her sound and content, MARG‘s music could be described as Lorde or Lana Del Rey indulging in a recording session with Nirvana while Ryan Adams throws in his perspective when needed.
The Voices is nothing short of a top notch alt-pop album. MARG has a charisma and charm that emanates from her recordings. A velvety smooth element of intimacy helps to add more impact to her performances while keeping the listener hooked for the entire duration. Her lifetime of experience in performance art and music has undeniably elevated her to a level of creation that is well beyond her age and the majority of her peers.
With infectious hooks, engaging sound beds, and enough sonic nuance to keep listeners from getting bored, The Voices is a must add to your indie pop music collection.
