Jesse Brewster rocks! And he’s pretty smart, too.
March of Tracks is Mr. Brewster’s follow up to Wrecking Ball at the Concert Hall. And in the spirit of innovation and finding new ways to deliver an album, Jesse is onto something.
March of Tracks is exactly that. One song per month, for 12 months, leading up to the release of a full album.
In our interview, I asked Jesse how this strategy is working out. It turns out very well.
The most obvious advantage is that Jesse can focus all his creative energy one 1 song at a time. This means nothing less than the best from a very talented San Francisco singer/songwriter.
His latest release? Track 5, The Fire Down Below.
Influenced by classics such as Tom Petty, Allman Brothers, and Willie Nelson, Jesse delivers a fresh palette of jams that will saturate your aural taste buds with nothing short of delight.
Last month, Jesse released Chesapeake, which takes us from the gritty, southern rock feel of The Fire Down Below into beautiful layers of mandolin and slide guitar to fill us with those down-home Americana, Bluegrass vibes.
Previous releases from March of Tracks are available online for your streaming pleasure.
Jesse’s song crafting includes elements of music enjoyed by older generations packaged in a fresh and innovative way which appeals to a wide array of listeners. Jesse does this while re-connecting divided generations of music fans with something all can relate to and thoroughly enjoy.
Be sure to follow the upcoming releases on Jesse’s Bandcamp or Soundcloud page.
March of Tracks is scheduled for a 2014 release. Connect with Jesse on his website.
