Featuring a collection of songs folk singer/songwriter James Adkins wrote during a transition period, the forthcoming album Brokedown Free Man Blues consists of songs written in Pensacola, the Tidewater area of Virginia, his current home of Ohio and while traveling here, there and everywhere else the road has taken him.
James says about the record,
This album was originally born from my relationship with two great Songwriter/Producers from Malmö, Sweden who I met at a songwriting event in Nashville and who have now become great friends. Anna Edström and Jonas Ruldolf were living in Nashville when we started working on the album and have since moved back to Sweden.”
An award winning guitarist and singer/songwriter, James portfolio speaks for itself.
