Eventide Cure – Past Tense Sentience
Cameron Rostami creates music under the banner Eventide Cure. AWAKE FOR A CENTURY is a DIY project written, recorded, mixed, and mastered at Rostami’s home studio and at Standing Ovation Studios in Dallas, Texas.
The goal with this album was to create powerful Post-Rock without falling into the dark and violent tropes typically associated with heavy music. The ambiance and sense of forward propulsion are largely due to the synth-heavy textures scattered throughout the album. I create music that I would want to listen to. If this album could inspire or entertain just one single person, then mission accomplished.”
The album will be released June 26th.
