Harlow – Better Off Alone
Harlow is fronted by Michelle Owen whose sultry vocals, cutting lyrics and bluesy melodies bring a new dimension to a cluttered genre. Lyrically, Owen describes the EP as “the culmination of her early twenties,” addressing subject matter she hopes is relatable to many.
Owen and Harlow drummer Jeff Rinne spent the last year writing and recording the band’s first EP. Owen describes the entire recording experience as cathartic, and is eager to share the band’s new music.
