The riddled air of change is happening for Rock Star Frank Palangi after releasing two new singles, Hope and Falling Too. After watching multiple missing person reports popping up on the TV, the idea of Frank’s new message is “Hope”. Frank says, “I was working on a track one night, and my dad happened to hear the demo version and he told me, Frank what’s that? You have to record that and release it!” So, Frank self produced the new track. The new rock tune, “Hope” by Frank Palangi has been released and open as a free download.
Lyrics to Hope by Frank Palangi
Among all of us, I feel your there
Hold on to hope, cause I’ll see ya again
Takes time to grow, to make amends
All rests on hope, that you are spared
I wrote this song you’re meant to hear
These words you hear they fill my tears
Hope is a name I search to find
I’ll keep praying till you hear my reply
Hope is the faith I hold inside
Casting light bringing you to life
Living on the street strugglin to survive
Fighting on the path too scared to cry
A simple smile with a tear in my eye
Without you, Without me
Face no fears
Hope is a name I search to find
I’ll keep praying till you hear my reply
Hope is the faith I hold inside
Casting light bringing you to life
Here I go
Singing this word
Saying that word
You come alive, You come alive, You come alive, You come alive
Hope is a name I search to find
I’ll keep playing till you hear my cry
Hope is the faith I hold inside
Brings these strings to life
Guides my life
Comes alive
Another tune Frank is releasing is “Falling Too”, which is originally a slower love tune from his 2006 demo album. Palangi knew one day he’d like to bring back someday and add more of a rock flair to it with influences such as Three Days Grace and Skillet. An extra flavor on this sound track on drums is Michael McManus (drummer for 12 Stones/Saving Abel/Scott Stapp), which was recorded along with the guitars at Rivergate Studios, owned and operated by 3 Doors Down guitarist, Chris Henderson in Tennessee on their kit.

Lyrics to Falling Too By Frank Palangi
FALLING TOO:
My feet are tired of walking on this broken glass
My patience is craving for hunger
Look at me you’ll see I am so much, so much further
Every minute I’m here I’m growing stronger
There’s so much more to give
I’m Falling
I’m Falling too
I’m Falling
I’m Falling too
Wait a minute now do you see it now, believe it now, receive it now, believe it now
I’m ready, I’m waiting, I’m hearing, I’m praying for me to be recognized
My blood, My sweat , My tears are all my body’s sacrifice
This is my melody
I’m Falling
I’m Falling too
I’m Falling
I’m Falling too
Frank Palangi had an exciting year in 2014 opening up for bands 3 Doors Down, TRAPT, Powerman 5000 with HEDPE, Aaron Lewis, and Buckcherry. Frank while smiling remembers, “My favorite experience was the opening for 3 doors down, my first sold out show at the Egg in Albany, NY. It was one of the best sets I’ve played myself and with an audience and best show I’ve seen a band do an acoustic set before. They were amazing! Fans were lining up at the merch table after the show for pics and autographs for me. I remember getting off the elevator and wondering why all these people were standing around.”
Some people want to grow up to be Rock Stars. There is a truly amazing feeling of being on stage and feeling the excitement from fans. Frank expresses, “People sort of get in what I call a shock. Ever since I was playing in school, I get the same effect from people. It’s sort like who’s this kid and where has he been hiding ahah, as I’ve been told. They probably were expecting maybe a full Rock band, and they are surprised with an acoustic rock set. My appearance, too, I get where people don’t expect my deep rock voice to come out of a tall skinny body. I get a lot of great comments after the show, fan pictures and comments on my social media. I make sure to go around to talk with as many people as I can after a show and on social media. I love feedback and to hear what they have to say about music in general. The energy of the crowd and the feeling of music. People are focused on what your are playing, what you are about, what you have to say. I never had much of a voice for speaking to a crowd while growing up or sharing my opinions and the way I feel put out there. So, now it gives me that chance, too. It relaxes me even if I’m bouncing around stage. You focus on just the moment whether it’s in front of a crowd or just playing acoustic at a small restaurant, same idea and feeling of doing what you love to do.”
A lot of fans are wondering what is next for Frank Palangi in 2015. After gathering with a meet and greet with Daughtry, Frank contacted Brian Craddock, guitarist for Daughtry, which led to plans for developing a new single. With Frank’s deep voice and edgy tone really makes him stand out. Frank will be heading to record in the Cat Room with Brian in Charlottesville, VA at the end of March through mid April 2015. Mastering will be done by Grammy winner Brad Blackwood at Euphonic Masters who has worked on several Rock legend albums. By working with Craddock, this new single will be ground breaking taking Frank Palangi to a whole new level. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for this upcoming single.
