Virginia based alt-country, Americana-infused rockers Horsehead have arrived with the visual accompaniment to their infectious, memorable, upbeat single The Misprint.
Packed with mood-boosting melodies, sweet guitar tones, rolling rhythms and a highly contagious, uplifting sonic atmosphere, The Misprint is guaranteed to stay stuck in your head long after the song ends.
Capturing the band’s fun personalities, The Misprint (the song and the video) hits us with a shot of nostalgia for rock music that was popular in the mainstream during the late 90s and early 2000s. In other words, Horsehead hits us with a familiar yet refreshing sound that is equally exciting and memorable.
Entering 2019 with a bang, Horsehead includes the creative talents of Steve Chiles, Rick Tubb, Kevin Wade Inge and Jon Brown. Reflecting on the single, Jon shares,
My brother and I used to take trips together; drinking vacations if you will. One of those trips was the inspiration for the song. It’s not autobiographical per se (it’s embellished a bit) but I tried to convey the sentiment that we all are searching for something and screwing up along the way.”
