Grace Freeman is a young artist with a very wise and mature soul. Her new single Oliver is an enchanting, minimal but impactful little ditty featuring a soothing, swaying soundscape and the powerful, very well controlled vocal stylings of a very talented singer (and songwriter).
Grace started creating music when she was 10, first performed at 14, and has opened for recognizable names such as Macy Gray, Suzanne Vega and Donovan Frankenreiter.
Currently 19, Grace captures the essence and soul of songwriters who were rocking our world long before Grace came to rock planet Earth.
Think Joni Mitchell, Brian Wilson and Paul McCartney randomly deciding it was time to record a song together. Once you have some sort of idea what that might possibly sound like, the trio decides to bring in The Cure as executive producers while asking Cat Stevens for a third party perspective and creative feedback.
Now imagine what that combination of creative styles would sound like in 2017 and you finally have an idea of what to expect when you listen to Grace Freeman.
