Vocalist, composer and songwriter Glyn Major has been involved in music and performance for 10+ years including session work on a variety of projects, performing and touring with various bands, and busking in Japan. Receiving his diploma in Music Performance and a Certificate of Appreciation at 2011 Redland – Bayside Relay for Life, Glyn is currently recording solo material for his latest EP. His work throughout the years has covered a wide range of musical styles.
His newest single and accompanying music video, Exist, features a lonely electric guitar which takes us through a series of melodic variations as Glyn’s voice delivers a passionate angst that slowly builds tension until we reach the three minute mark. At this moment, the song reaches its climax as Glyn unleashes a growling, painful “We Don’t Exist” over the backdrop of a heavily distorted guitar chord which fades to silence as the song ends.
Major’s EP, Read Between The Lines, is currently available on all major music providers but you can download directly from his website for free.
Without a moment to spare, Glyn is working hard on new material. He aims to release two full length albums in 2018.
