Lines in the Sky or LITS, as they shall be referred to henceforth, is a young alternative-progressive rock band based out of the Mid Tenn area.
It is fronted by Jesse Brock alongside brother Bowman on drums and Zack Wakefield on bass. Currently they are touring the southeast with some additional northern dates to support their latest EP Dig Deeper.
This band of young globetrotters may strike gold with their polished sound and abundance of musical talent.
Dig Deeper is six tracks of adrenaline mixed with emotion and brought to life by three young men who have yet to reach legal drinking age.
Kicked off by Threads, LITS frontman and main songwriter, Jesse, shows a knack for the melodic and catchy. With help from industry heavyweights John Eden and Richard Dodd, Dig Deeper really showcases how good these guys are and leaves us wondering where they will end up.
On tracks Threads and Element 115, I found the vocals have a strong similarity to Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy; stylistically you can make comparison between the two. You might also notice a hint of Tool.
Be sure to watch their video for Threads:
