Songwriter, educator, Martin guitar endorsed artist, iHeartRadio Artist To Watch, and 38 year music veteran Deborah Berg has delivered a foot-stompin, bluegrass-infused, roots-rockin’ new album titled New Road Home.
Founded in the roots of traditional country with a heavy infusion of bluegrass, Deborah Berg’s excellent songwriting and vivid storytelling immediately pull listeners into a pristinely produced soundscape where musicianship and song crafting are never compromised. From beginning to end, New Road Home is packed with every single thing listeners love about their bluegrass leaning traditional country music.
Working with producer Ken Rich, New Road Home was recorded at Grand Street Recording in Brooklyn. Mastering was executed by Sterling Sound, also in New York City. This is Deborah’s third solo album but her sixth studio album (includes work with Julian Marshall with 80s band Eye to Eye).
Before closing, I want to mention how sonically pleasing and AWEsome this record sounds! From the players to the engineers and the recording to the mixing, everything is top notch! Don’t be afraid to turn it up loud and let your feet stomp the ground!
