Brooklyn based indie rockers American Fever have delivered their latest jam titled Sunday Morning. This classic rock infused, operatic and quite epic tune is guaranteed to stimulate your senses, rock your socks off, and have you checking back in for repeat plays. Despite the songs slow, piano driven beginning, it builds into quite the wall of sound driven by soaring lead guitar runs, passionate vocal performances, and a whole lot of soul.
Having headlined shows at Mercury Lounge, Knitting Factory and the Bitter End as well as opening for Gotye’s band at Rockwood Hall, it’s obvious their live shows are quite the experience.
In the words of Brian Tell,
Sunday Morning is a true American Fever song in the sense that we all contributed to writing it. We pieced a few old song ideas together and it just fit. Also the first song that our new lead guitarist, Ben, had the chance to add his mark with a tremendous solo.
